In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through zk889, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and zk889.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on zk889, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system).
• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to use zk889 is 21, regardless of any lower age of majority that may apply in your local jurisdiction.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own initiative, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly and conclusively prohibited by the laws of that jurisdiction in a manner that renders your use of the Platform unlawful.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of zk889 or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by zk889 for cause.

Each Player may register one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are prohibited from registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing a date of birth that does not accurately reflect your actual age. zk889 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You are fully liable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify zk889 support immediately at [email protected].

zk889 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

zk889 is required by its licensing conditions to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All Players will be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals above a specified threshold are processed, and zk889 may require verification at any time.

Documents typically required for verification include:

• A clear, legible copy of a government-issued national identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk for Indonesian nationals, or equivalent for other nationalities).
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, clearly showing both the document and the Player's face.
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bank account or e-wallet account in the Player's name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request by zk889 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. zk889 processes KYC documents within 1–24 hours during standard business hours (WIB) and reserves the right to extend this period during peak periods.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. zk889 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed to the source account, and the deposit may not be credited to the Player's gaming balance.

Supported deposit channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed at the time of deposit.

zk889 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are beyond zk889's control. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

zk889 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts as a responsible gaming measure, either at the Player's request or at the Platform's discretion. Deposits from flagged or sanctioned payment sources will be refused and returned.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the technical capability of that payment channel. Where the original deposit channel is unavailable for withdrawal, zk889 may process the withdrawal to an alternative method verified as belonging to the Player.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered Player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Estimated processing times (these are estimates, not guarantees):

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 15 minutes to 1 hour during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB); up to 24 hours outside these hours or during interbank settlement windows.
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: 30 minutes to 4 hours under normal conditions.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: Typically within 15 minutes.

zk889 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Players will be informed of the reason for any delay.

All bonuses and promotional offers are governed by these General Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the subject matter of the conflict only.

General bonus rules applicable to all zk889 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published per game category. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• zk889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already claimed the bonus in good faith.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, providing false information, or coordinating with other Players to exploit a promotion — will be voided, and associated accounts may be permanently closed.

Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural dates — such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and the fasting month of Ramadhan — are subject to these same rules unless their specific terms state otherwise.

zk889 offers sports betting (including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports), live casino, togel lottery, and other gaming products. Each product category is governed by its own set of game or betting rules, which are available within the Platform and constitute part of these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all Sports and Live Casino products on zk889:

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed. zk889 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet at a Player's request unless an error on the Platform's part is demonstrated.
• In the event of a manifest error (e.g., a grossly incorrect price caused by a system fault), zk889 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes without liability for any resulting loss of opportunity.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets must include at least two selections. If one or more selections in a parlay become void, the remaining selections are recalculated at the applicable reduced accumulator odds.
• For football markets, voor bola (Asian handicap) lines, and over/under totals are settled based on the official match result at 90 minutes plus referee-added time, unless the specific market definition states otherwise.
• For togel draws, results are drawn and published in accordance with the official draw schedule stated within the Platform. zk889 does not manipulate draw outcomes. All draw results are final once published.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors that result in an unintended advantage, including but not limited to abnormal game behavior or erroneous odds pricing.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms in a systematic manner that the Platform determines constitutes abuse of its pricing.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in furtherance of any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk889 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content available on the zk889 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, user interface elements, odds data, and structural design — is the proprietary property of zk889 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Player acquires any ownership right in the Platform's content by virtue of using the Services.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform's content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

zk889 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zk889 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game content providers, and fraud-prevention systems, to the extent necessary to deliver the Services and comply with regulatory obligations.

Players resident in Indonesia should be aware that data may be processed and stored on servers located outside of Indonesia. By using the Platform, you consent to this cross-border data processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk889 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or network outages), or events beyond zk889's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional content, where such reliance is unreasonable in the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. zk889's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players who believe that their gambling activity may be causing them harm, or who are concerned about another person's gambling, are encouraged to contact our support team at any time. zk889 will not penalize a Player for requesting responsible gaming assistance.

zk889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, zk889 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a change is required immediately by law, regulation, or the Platform's licensing conditions.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://zk889.cam/terms-conditions, marked with its effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk889 is licensed and incorporated ("the Governing Jurisdiction"). The specific Governing Jurisdiction is available upon request from our compliance team.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zk889 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within 30 days of formal written notice of the dispute, either Party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, to be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, zk889 retains the right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
